Session Performance Overview

The Session Performance section provides a deeper insight into how reservation sessions behave and convert.

• Conversion Rate displays the percentage of reservation sessions that successfully resulted in a completed checkout.
• Expired number of sessions that expired before checkout
• Cancelled shows how many sessions were cancelled either by the system or due to validation rules.
• High Renewal Sessions indicates sessions that required multiple renewals, which may suggest longer customer decision times.
• View all sessions redirects you to the Sessions page, where you can review individual session details.
