Free Trial
Cart Reserve offers a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to start.
- You are only charged if you continue after the trial ends
- You can cancel at any time during the trial
Plans
Reservations are unlimited on every plan — the main plan limit is the number of concurrent reservations (carts holding real inventory at the same time). When a store hits its concurrency limit during a rush, additional shoppers wait in a fair queue and are let in as holds free; no reservation is rejected.

Managing Your Subscription
You can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Cancel directly from the app
Changes take effect immediately and are prorated according to Shopify billing rules.
Billing & Payments
All billing is handled through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Cart Reserve does not collect payment information directly.
