Security and Reservation Limits
This section defines safeguards that protect inventory from abuse and excessive reservation locking.
Fraud Protection
Starter includes rule-based bot defense. Pro and Max add AI-powered fraud detection that can analyze reservation sessions for suspicious behavior.
- Auto-restrict — When enabled, sessions flagged as high-risk are automatically restricted from completing checkout
- Fraud screening runs in the background and does not slow down the customer experience
IP & Country Blocking
Block reservations from specific IP addresses or countries.

Blocked visitors can still browse the store but cannot create reservations or proceed to checkout.
Session Controls
Security rules are enforced automatically to:
- Prevent excessive reservation renewals (max 20 per session)
- Limit session lifetime (24 hours max)
- Block suspicious reservation patterns
Sessions may be flagged, monitored, or restricted based on behavior.
